[目的]对南昌市民办高校学生进行艾滋病干预效果评价,为探索在民办高校学生中开展艾滋病干预模式和制定相关政策及措施提供依据。[方法]用系统抽样法抽取了南昌市3所民办大学,对所有在校生进行了以同伴教育为主的艾滋病综合干预。用整群抽样法,随机抽取1077名学生进行干预效果评价。[结果]干预后民办高校学生对艾滋病相关知识与政策知晓率明显提高(P﹤0.05);对艾滋病所持积极态度的比例明显提高(P﹤0.001);学生与异性发生行为时安全套使用频率亦有明显提高(P﹤0.05)。[结论]在民办高校学生中开展以同伴教育为主的艾滋病综合干预,效果显明,干预方法可行,具有推广应用价值,对艾滋病防控具有重要意义。
[Objective] To evaluate the effect of HIV / AIDS intervention in private colleges and universities in Nanchang and to provide basis for exploring the mode of AIDS intervention among private university students and formulating relevant policies and measures. [Methods] Three private universities in Nanchang were sampled by systematic sampling method, and comprehensive interventions on AIDS among all the students were carried out with peer education. A cluster sampling method was used to randomly select 1077 students to evaluate the intervention effect. [Results] The awareness rate of HIV / AIDS related knowledge and policies among private college students was significantly increased after intervention (P <0.05), the proportion of positive attitudes towards AIDS was significantly increased (P <0.001), and the frequency of condom use among students and heterosexual behaviors Significantly increased (P <0.05). [Conclusion] The comprehensive AIDS-related intervention with companion education among students in private colleges and universities shows that the intervention method is feasible and has the value of popularization and application, which is of great significance to the prevention and control of AIDS.
