文章将社群视为知识服务中用户聚合形成的社会化有机群体,并作为研究对象,从协同合作的视角去思考这个由多用户组建的社群其成员的选择。首先,建立了用户个体能力模型,描述用户学习及基于学习的行为调整过程,并进一步给出了用户行为调整的内在逻辑。其次,研究了社群成员的选择模型,分析了社群的组织关系并在此基础上提出了基于各用户间协同关系的评价方法,并从个体表现与协同表现两个维度给出了评价指标体系。最后,采用GRASP算法,对提出的社群成员选择模型进行求解,并通过算例验证了算法的可操作性和实用性。
The article regards the community as a socialized organic group formed by the user aggregation in the knowledge service, and as a research object, from the perspective of coordination and cooperation to think about the selection of its members in the multi-user community. First of all, the model of individual individual ability is established to describe the process of user learning and learning-based behavior adjustment, and the inherent logic of user behavior adjustment is given. Secondly, it studies the selection model of community members, analyzes the organizational relationship of the community and puts forward the evaluation method based on the collaborative relationship among users, and gives the evaluation index from the two dimensions of individual performance and collaboration performance system. Finally, the GRASP algorithm is used to solve the proposed community membership selection model, and an example is given to verify the feasibility and practicability of the algorithm.
