目的:探讨完全性并指分离术术前正确的选择手术切口。方法:对我院自2004年至2015年共收治手术先天性并指患者人37人,术前切口选择正确与否进行回顾性分析。结果:37例中25例术前切口设计得当术后恢复良好,12例因切口设计不良造成术后手术效果不理想,其中3例伤口感染、部分皮瓣坏死。结论:完全性并指分离术术前切口选择得当术后手术效果良好,患者功能恢复理想。
Objective: To investigate the completeness and the correct choice of surgical incision before surgery. Methods: From 2004 to 2015, we treated a total of 37 patients with congenital surgery and retrospectively analyzed whether the preoperative incision was correctly selected or not. Results: Twenty - five cases of 37 cases were properly designed and operated well after operation, and 12 cases were unsatisfactory after operation due to poor design of the incision. Three cases were infected with wounds and some of the flaps were necrotic. Conclusion: The completeness and separation of preoperative incision selection is appropriate after the operation effect is good, the patient’s functional recovery ideal.
