目的:建立四环素、米诺环素、多西环素、美他环素和土霉素等5种四环素类抗生素的快速鉴别方法。方法:样品的固体粉末和提取液分别采用颜色反应鉴别和薄层色谱鉴别方法,并进行系统的试验验证。结果:分别筛选出颜色反应和薄层色谱鉴别方法的条件,确立了四环素等5种四环素类抗生素的快速鉴别方法。结论:对此5种四环素类抗生素可以使用以颜色反应鉴别为初筛,薄层色谱鉴别为确证的快速鉴别方法。
Objective: To establish a rapid identification method of tetracycline, minocycline, doxycycline, metscyclohexin and oxytetracycline in five kinds of tetracycline antibiotics. Methods: The solid powder and extract of the samples were respectively identified by color reaction and thin layer chromatography, and were systematically tested. Results: The conditions of color reaction and thin layer chromatographic identification were screened separately, and the rapid identification of tetracyclines and other tetracycline antibiotics was established. Conclusion: The five tetracycline antibiotics can be identified by color reaction as primary screening, TLC identified as a confirmatory rapid identification method.
