4月11日,工程总投资达30亿元的上海南环高速公路项目招商签约。这是上海市政重大项目向全社会招商后,第一个由保险公司承担融资信用担保的项目。总投资18亿元的东南环高速公路也将于近期签约。 据了解,南环高速公路将由上海金山实业投资公司等4家企业出资建设,在国内率先采用由保险公司承担信用担保的新的融资方式,能有效地降低融资风险和融资成本。南环高速公路项目由A30公路(A4公路—新农)、A7公路(亭枫高速公路)和A6公路(新卫高速公路)组成,全长67公里,计划
