为改善汉麻纤维与PLA的界面相容性,增强复合材料的力学性能,分别采用了马来酸酐和硅烷偶联剂KH-550对汉麻纤维进行处理,并从红外光谱和界面拔脱力学性能两方面研究处理时间对界面相容性的影响。结果表明:马来酸酐和KH-550均能提高汉麻纤维与PLA的界面相容性,且随着处理时间的延长,效果越好,处理时间为4h时,效果最佳;在处理时间相同的情况下,KH-550处理效果优于马来酸酐的处理效果,同时时间越长,差异越明显,处理时间为4h时,拔脱强度之比达到1.19:1。
In order to improve the interfacial compatibility of hemp fiber and PLA and enhance the mechanical properties of the composites, the hemp fibers were treated with maleic anhydride and silane coupling agent KH-550, respectively.
