本文对瓦块式离心摩擦离合器提出了一种计算方法。依据力学原理,对关键零件——瓦块作运动分析和受力分析,从而得出了计算正压力、摩擦力、摩擦力矩的理论表达式。 其次依据弹性力学中接触应力的理论,考虑了摩擦付元件主要尺寸的制造误差,说明了接触面上摩擦力的分布规律,提出了对摩擦力和摩擦力矩的理论公式的修正系数。文末附有计算实例。
In this paper, a calculation method is proposed for the pad-type centrifugal friction clutch. According to the principle of mechanics, the key part - the pad for motion analysis and force analysis, resulting in the calculation of positive pressure, friction and friction torque of the theoretical expression. Secondly, according to the theory of contact stress in elastic mechanics, the manufacturing error of the main dimensions of the friction-paid element was considered. The distribution of the friction on the contact surface was explained. The correction coefficient of the theoretical formula of friction and friction torque was proposed.
