闵行电厂8、9号炉系上锅50408型400t/h煤油两用锅炉,1972年投产后一直烧油。自83年6月将两台锅炉改造为直吹式燃煤炉,每台炉配备三台英国大型E型中速磨。由于制粉系统是处于正压运行下,对制粉系统设备的密封性能有较高的要求,对给煤机选择有一定的局限性,在国内还没有成熟的大型正压给煤机产品。我们在8号炉改烧煤工程中选择了沈阳电力机械厂试制的MGZ—60型埋刮板给煤机,其结构外形见图1。
Minhang Power Plant No. 8 and No. 9 Department of the pot 50,408 400t / h kerosene boilers, put into operation in 1972 after the oil. Since June 83, the two boilers have been transformed into straight-fired coal fired boilers, each equipped with three large UK E-type medium-speed mills. As the milling system is operating under positive pressure, it has higher requirements on the sealing performance of the milling system equipment. There are some limitations on the choice of coal feeder, and there is no mature large-scale positive pressure coal feeder product in China. We chose the MGZ-60 type burying scraper coal feeder trial-produced by Shenyang Electric Power Machinery Factory in the No.8 furnace to convert coal to coal, and its structure and shape are shown in Fig.1.
