为验证灭囊灵及其成分的抗惊厥作用,用小鼠进行了实验研究。结果表明,灭囊灵及其成分全蝎、矾石均能对抗电惊厥及回苏灵、硝酸士的宁引起的惊厥,均能降低惊厥发生率,尚能延长回苏灵引起的惊厥的诱导期,但作用明显低于苯巴比妥钠。灭囊灵全方亦能使士的宁引起的小鼠的惊厥的诱导期延长。结论:灭囊灵有一定的抗惊厥作用。
In order to verify the anticonvulsant effect of cyhalothrin and its components, an experimental study was conducted in mice. The results showed that cyhalothin and its components, whole glycosides and vermiculite were able to counteract the convulsions induced by electroconvulsions and sulfasine and strychnine nitrate. They all reduced the incidence of convulsions and could prolong the induction of convulsions caused by cisplatin. Period, but the effect is significantly lower than phenobarbital sodium. Exclosion can also extend the induction period of convulsions in mice caused by strychnine. Conclusion: Excyleng has a certain anticonvulsant effect.
