苏北地区在地理环境、历史条件、人文传统等多重因素的作用下,产生了勇于开创、尚武崇文、博采广纳等有地方特色的人文精神,这一人文精神深深影响了生活在这一地域上的人民群众的生活和当地历史的变化。本文试从地理环境、历史因素、苏北人文精神优点和不足等多个方面进行分析,以探讨苏北地区特有的人文精神在新江苏建设方面的优势和不足,以求在人文精神层面探讨加速苏北地区经济、文化、社会发展的可行之道。
