本文利用我国食品工业1999年到2008年的数据,实证比较外商直接投资和三资企业的研发活动对我国食品工业内资企业总产出和技术创新能力的溢出效应,结果表明,外商直接投资对我国食品工业总产出产生正溢出效应,但不能显著地促进我国食品工业的自主创新能力提高,而三资企业研发投资能同时显著地促进我国食品工业总产出与自主创新能力的提升。本文从资本形式、创新渠道以及人员技术水平等方面比较剖析其原因,以期为我国食品行业乃至其他行业更好地利用外商直接投资提供有益思路。
Based on the data of China’s food industry from 1999 to 2008, this paper empirically compares the spillover effects of R & D activities of foreign direct investment and foreign-funded enterprises on the total output and technological innovation capability of domestic-funded enterprises in the food industry. The results show that foreign direct investment The total output of the food industry has a positive spillover effect, but it can not significantly promote the independent innovation capability of China’s food industry. However, the R & D investment of the three-funded enterprises can significantly promote the total output of food industry and the capability of independent innovation in China at the same time. This paper analyzes the reasons from the aspects of capital form, channels of innovation and technical level of personnel in order to provide useful ideas for better utilization of foreign direct investment in China’s food industry and other industries.
