首都经济贸易大学现有应用经济学、统计学、工商管理、管理科学与工程4个博士后科研流动站,形成了覆盖经济学、管理学、理学和工学4个学科门类,4个一级学科,涉及20个二级相关学科的博士后研究体系。2003年,经国家人事部、全国博士后管理委员会批准,首都经济贸易大学首次设立应用经济学一级学科博士后流动站。经全国博士后管委会专家组评审,人力资源和社会保障部、全国博士后管委会研究决定,首都经济贸易大学于2012年新增统计学、工商管理2个博士后科研流动站,于2014年新增管理科学与工程博士后科研流动站。
