目的 :探讨高度近视黄斑裂孔性视网膜脱离玻璃体手术硅油填充联合激光治疗的解剖复位及功能恢复。方法 :高度近视黄斑裂孔性视网膜脱离患者 2 3例 2 5只眼 ,行玻璃体手术硅油填充联合激光治疗随访。硅油取出时间平均 7个月。术后均作 1年以上随访 (平均 18个月 )。结果 :硅油取出后视网膜复位 2 3只眼 (92 % ) ,术后视力在 0 1以上 16只眼 (6 6 % )。结论 :玻璃体手术硅油填充联合激光治疗高度近视黄斑裂孔性视网膜脱离 ,有利于脱离的视网膜解剖复位及功能恢复。
Objective: To investigate the anatomical reduction and functional recovery of vitreous surgery combined with laser treatment of vitreoretinal macular hole retinal detachment. METHODS: Twenty-three cases of 25 eyes with high myopic macular hole retinal detachment were followed up with vitrectomy silicone oil and laser. Silicone removal time average of 7 months. All patients were followed up for more than 1 year (average 18 months). RESULTS: Retinal reattachment was found in 23 eyes (92%) and postoperative visual acuity was more than 0 1 in 16 eyes (66%). Conclusion: Vitreous surgery silicone oil filling combined with laser treatment of high myopia macular hole retinal detachment is conducive to detached retinal anatomical reduction and functional recovery.
