随着社会主义市场经济的推进以及国有企业改革的深化,国有企业的内部结构和队伍结构发生了极大的变化,产业结构、劳动关系以及就业方式呈现出多元化的趋势。在新形势下,为了较好的解决职工问题、增加企业的凝聚力和竞争力,企业工会的工作更加复杂,也更加具有挑战性。本文将试分析了新形势下国有企业工会面临的问题,并针对面临的问题提出了解决途径。
With the promotion of socialist market economy and the deepening of the reform of state-owned enterprises, the internal structure and contingent structure of state-owned enterprises have undergone tremendous changes. The industrial structure, labor relations and employment patterns have shown a tendency toward diversification. Under the new situation, in order to better solve the problems of workers and increase the cohesion and competitiveness of enterprises, the work of enterprise unions is more complicated and more challenging. This article will try to analyze the problems that the state-owned enterprises trade unions face in the new situation and put forward solutions to the problems they face.
