目的:探讨中风患者血清NO含量的动态变化及其相应意义。方法:收集19例脑梗塞10例脑出血者以发病4h、12h、24h、3d、7d五个时相用改良Gries法测血清NO代谢产物NO-x(NO-2+NO-3)的含量。结果:中风病人在发病4~7h血清NO-x值明显高于正常(P<0.01)。并且呈双峰趋势,梗塞及出血分别于3d及24h时NO-x值最高,梗塞与出血间以及大、小梗塞间无显著差异。结论:NO在超早期有脑保护作用,而在24h~3d对脑组织损伤有重要的病理意义
Objective: To investigate the dynamic changes of serum NO level in patients with stroke and its corresponding significance. Methods: Nine patients with cerebral hemorrhage were collected from 19 patients with cerebral infarction. The levels of NO-x (NO-2 + NO-3) in the serum were detected by modified Gries method at 4h, 12h, 24h, 3d and 7d respectively. Results: Serum NO-x values of stroke patients were significantly higher than normal (P <0.01) 4 ~ 7h after onset. And showed a bimodal trend. The NO-x values were the highest at infarct and hemorrhage at 3d and 24h respectively. There was no significant difference between infarct and hemorrhage and between large and small infarcts. CONCLUSION: NO has a neuroprotective effect at an early stage and has important pathological significance in brain tissue injury at 24h ~ 3d
