今年五、六月间,我们就私人企业的发展问题,走访了天津市工商行政管理局和5个区、县工商管理局,同时,调查了在本市发展较快,效益较好,影响较大的10家私人企业,思想受到很大震动。30多年前,我国对私人工商业进行了社会主义改造,而今天,在社会主义公有制占统治地位的基础上,私人工商业又产生和发展起来,并且在社会主义商品经济中显得生机勃勃,这确实是发人深省的。
