辉南县委把对弱势群体的帮扶工作作为践行“三个代表”重要思想的重要大事来抓,不断强化措施,落实了帮扶的各项工作。一、建立了特困家庭档案。以乡镇为单位,建立了农村特困家庭登记表,实行一户一表,逐户走访,户户填表。调查人在实地走访、与调查对象见面的基础上,认真负责地写出调查报告,提出帮困建议或措施,健全了县、乡镇、村三级特困家庭档案。二、建立了县级领导联系特困户制度。全县17名副县级以上领导分别与全县17个乡镇的85户特困家庭结成了对子,逐个帮扶。这项制度将长期实行下去。

This system will be implemented for a long time.
