2001年12月21日在香港创业板上市的首都信息发展股份有限公司(8157),以配售H股方式集资3.2亿元港币,所发行的7.1亿H股获得2.66倍的超额认购,成为2001年香港创业板最大的新上市集资公司。对此首信总裁汪旭谈了首信上市问题。
Capital Information Development Co., Ltd. (8157), listed on the GEM of Hong Kong on December 21, 2001, raised 320 million Hong Kong dollars by way of placing of H shares and obtained 2.66 times of over-subscription of 710 million H shares, making it the 2001 Hong Kong GEM largest new fund-raising company.
