采用10对微卫星引物对广东省化州光辉养殖场有限公司新选育的吉富罗非鱼第21代群体进行遗传多样性研究。结果显示:10对引物在48尾吉富罗非鱼中共检测到57个等位基因(Na),平均值为5.700;有效等位基因(Ne)平均值为3.726;观测杂合度(Ho)在0.750~1之间,平均值为0.896;多态信息含量(PIC)在0.390~0.797之间,平均值为0.640。表明该吉富罗非鱼选育群体具有较高的遗传多样性水平,可作为选育和养殖基础群体。
Ten pairs of microsatellite primers were used to study the genetic diversity of the 21-generation population of newly-bred Yarlungba tilapia from Guangdong Huazhou Brilliant Farm Co., Ltd. The results showed that 57 alleles (Na) were detected by 10 pairs of primers in 48 tilapia tilapia individuals with an average value of 5.700; the average effective allele (Ne) was 3.726; the observed heterozygosity (Ho) was 0.750 ~ 1, with an average of 0.896; polymorphism information content (PIC) between 0.390 ~ 0.797, with an average of 0.640. The result showed that the population of GIFT tilapia had high genetic diversity and could be used as the basic breeding and breeding population.
