敏感性是新闻工作者必备的业务素质之一。敏感性就像新闻工作者的“触角”一样,一“触”即能抓到新闻,而且是有价值的新闻。大报是这样,企业报也是如此。在这一点上,我的体会颇深。 1994年在参加下厂办公服务的活动中,长丝厂的同志提到“奖头罚尾”的管理办法不错,我立即竖起耳朵倾听。另一位同志补充说,这种管理方法已改成“奖二罚一”,并且现场管理已有了新起色。我根据这条线索找有关部门了解情况,采写了《眼睛向内消除自身缺陷,长丝厂现场管理奖二罚一调动职工积极性》的文章,被《中国石化报》采用。我觉得,采访的敏感性必须时刻
Sensitivity is one of the essential business qualities of journalists. Sensitivity is like the journalist’s “antennae”, a “touch” that can catch the news, but also valuable news. Big newspaper is the case, corporate newspaper is also true. At this point, my experience is quite deep. In 1994, when participating in the factory office service activities, comrades of the filament factory mentioned that the management method of “rewards and punishments” was good.
