油气行业影响着我国的经济安全,关系着我国的经济命脉。对于基层油田而言,效率、安全、人文关怀至关重要,油田需要向油田工人传播企业文化,鼓舞人心,规范生产。采气二厂安全文化的传播作为油气行业企业文化传播的典型,在长期探索中形成了较为有效的传播模式。通过深入研究,将会对整个油气企业的企业文化传播有着深刻意义。
The oil and gas industry affects the economic security of our country and is related to the economic lifeline of our country. For the grass-roots oil fields, efficiency, safety and humanistic care are of the essence. The oilfields need to spread the corporate culture to the workers in the oil fields, inspiring and standardizing production. As a typical example of corporate culture communication in the oil and gas industry, the dissemination of safety culture in the No.2 Gas Plant has formed a more effective mode of communication in the long-term exploration. Through in-depth study, it will be of great significance to the corporate culture communication of the entire oil and gas enterprises.
