1病例报告患者男,83岁。因左眼上睑不能抬起3h,就诊于我院眼科门诊。3h前在家中做家务时,伴一过性恶心、头痛、呕吐,持续约30min,之后左眼上睑下垂不能抬起。既往有间断头痛病史1年余,能自行缓解,并有高血压病病史。眼科检查:右眼上睑完全麻痹,眼球固定不动,角膜透明,瞳孔散大,直径5mm,直接和间接光反射完全消失,晶体轻度混浊,眼底视盘界清色淡,黄斑中心凹反射存在,后极部视网膜色淡,未见明显出血和渗出。
1 case report patient male, 83 years old. Past history of intermittent headache more than 1 year, able to ease themselves, and a history of hypertension. Eye examination: the right eyelid completely paralyzed, the eye fixed, transparent cornea, dilated pupil, diameter 5mm, direct and indirect light reflex completely disappeared, the crystal mild opacity, fundus disc sector clear pale, the foveal reflex exists Posterior pole retina pale, no significant bleeding and exudation.
