邯郸钢铁总厂炼铁厂铸铁机传动链板(两条链带约需300块),由于工作环境恶劣,磨损严重,每年要消耗一万件以上。链板形状如图1所示,其T形槽在B2012龙门刨床上加工,因刨床立刀抬刀装置靠电磁传动,抬刀量只有15~20mm,达不到加工要求。为了解决这一问题,最初用人工搬动杠杆,配合电磁抬刀。后来采取拖板式抬刀装置,虽然能达到加工件的要求,但经常出现断刀,拖板磨损,易造成失控等故障。既费力,效率又低。为此,现将立刀抬刀装置改
