研究了聚丙烯酸正丁酯-丙烯酸/聚苯乙烯-丙烯酸(PnBA-AA/PS-AA)乳胶互穿聚合物网络(LIPN),合成工艺和动力学。讨论了不同乳化剂种类、乳化剂总用量、混合乳剂配比、加料方式、单体组成比、交联剂用量、丙烯酸用量对LIPN乳液聚合稳定性、乳液的化学稳定性和乳液性能的影响。用化学法测定了LIPN生成反映的转化率-时间曲线;并计算出相应,聚合速率-转化率曲线。结果表明,用一定配比的MS-1和OP-10混合乳剂,适宜的丙烯酸、交联剂用量和单体组成比,用滴加法加入壳层组分,可获得涂料用耐候性好、抗污性强的LIPN复合乳液。动力学曲线表明,LIPN的生成反应有自身的特征。
The poly (n-butyl acrylate) -acrylic acid / polystyrene-acrylic acid (PnBA-AA / PS-AA) latex interpenetrating polymer network (LIPN) was synthesized and its synthesis process and kinetics were studied. The effects of different types of emulsifiers, the total amount of emulsifiers, the ratio of mixed emulsions, feeding methods, the monomer composition ratio, the amount of crosslinker, the amount of acrylic acid on the polymerization stability of LIPN emulsion, the chemical stability of the emulsion and the emulsion properties were discussed. The conversion rate-time curve reflected by the LIPN production was measured by chemical method, and the corresponding polymerization rate-conversion rate curve was calculated. The results showed that adding a certain proportion of MS-1 and OP-10 mixed emulsions, proper amount of acrylic acid, crosslinking agent and monomer composition, Staining strong LIPN composite emulsion. Kinetic curves show that the formation reaction of LIPN has its own characteristics.
