建筑企业在工程项目中有效实施成本管理,有助于企业降低工程成本,增加企业的经济效益。本文从建筑企业当前工程项目成本管理中存在的问题入手,分析成本管理未来的趋势,提出改善、加强成本管理的对策。
The effective implementation of cost management in construction projects by construction enterprises will help enterprises to reduce construction costs and increase their economic benefits. This article starts with the problems existing in the current project cost management of construction enterprises, analyzes the future trend of cost management and puts forward some countermeasures to improve and strengthen cost management.
