如果没有青岛的管道安全事故,我想大概不会有人把目光聚焦在管道安全上。当然,我并不是说这是一件坏事。安全问题是红线,触碰不得。但是现在对于管道安全的过分关注,是否会抵消大家对其他管道问题的重视程度?第一个就是管道建设问题。大家都很清楚,中国的管道长度相对于辽阔的国土面积是远远不够的。管道发展的第一个问题一定是修建更多的管道。结合目前呼声最高的油气行业破除垄断改革,在新建管道的时候,需要引入更多的市场参与主体或者是投资主体。
