病例1:女,76岁,于2008年4月以左侧肢体无力伴头痛、头晕、记忆力减退2d入院,经头颅CT诊断:脑梗死。该患者经检查肾功能正常,无癫痫病史。入院后给予抗凝降脂、扩管治疗7d,病情明显好转,但记忆力恢复不理想。在其他药物治疗方案不变情况下,给予脑蛋白水解物注射液30ml加入250ml5
Case 1: Female, 76 years old, in April 2008 with left limb weakness with headache, dizziness, memory loss 2d admission, diagnosis by skull CT: cerebral infarction. The patient was examined for normal renal function and no history of epilepsy. After admission anticoagulant lipid-lowering, expanded tube treatment 7d, the condition improved significantly, but memory recovery is not satisfactory.
