我公司第二炼钢厂,于1976年从日本新日铁引进了KR搅拌式脱硫装备。该专利规定以CaC_2作为脱硫剂。实践证明,采用CaC_2脱硫剂,虽然脱硫效果良好,能将铁水含硫量降低到0.005%以下,但CaC_2的加工、运输、贮存和价格均存在问题,使用起来也不安全。因此,研制一种既能保证达到专利要求,又经济安全的新型脱硫剂,成为KR脱硫生产中急需解决的重要课题。二炼钢和钢研所合作,研制的以活性石灰为主的三种复合脱硫剂(KC-1、KC-2、KC-3),经试验,效果良好。在此基础上于1986年1~8月选其中综合效果好的KC-1进行了375罐次的试生产,结果表明,新型
