一、甘肃省公路交通运输的现状 发展农村商品经济,交通运输是基础,要实现甘肃农业的战略转移,必须重视发展农村的交通运输。 甘肃历史上曾是名闻遐迩的“丝绸之路”的交通要道。 1949年,全省公路通车里程3703公里,铁路通车里程仅为50公里,汽车1866辆,公路货运量力158万吨,公路货物周转量为6110万吨公里,公路客运量为3.47万人,全省60%以上的县不通公路,交通运输处于极为落后的状态。经过三十多年的建设,交通运输落后的面貌有了初步的改变。 1.形成了以兰州为中心的十字型的公路运输网
