1982年10月14日至20日中国水力发电工程学会和水电部科技司在昆明召开了“水电站地下工程技术交流会”。中国土木工程学会隧道学会参加了这次会议,参加会议的代表来自水电、铁道和其他地下工程方面设计、施工、科研和高等院校六十七个单位,共一百七十多位专业工作者。中国水力发电工程学会理事长、清华大学教授施嘉炀;副理事长、水电部总工程师李鹗鼎;秘书长、水电部科技司副司长梁益华同志出席了会议,
October 14, 1982 to October 20 China Hydropower Engineering Society and Ministry of Science and Technology Ministry of Water Resources held in Kunming, “underground hydropower station engineering exchange.” China Society of Civil Engineering Tunnel Society participated in the conference. Delegates to the conference came from 67 units in design, construction, research and institutions of higher learning in hydropower, railway and other underground engineering projects with a total of more than 170 professional workers .
