近日,高新技术企业认定管理系统完成改版,正式上线运行。新系统建设以2016年新修订的《高新技术企业认定管理办法》和《高新技术企业认定管理工作指引》为基础,系统梳理和总结新增业务需求和旧系统功能,认真吸收上海、江苏、广东、深圳等地做法经验,由科技部火炬中心负责实施。此次升级改造工作还得到了国家发展和改革委员会等国家有关部门的大力支持。据了解,此次改版主要从业务功能、条件设施、系统架构、安全防护等4个方面着手进行升级改造,在满足对高新技术企业的“管理”同时,也着重考虑在“服务”
