大型国有技术密集企业,通常都有操纵连续生产的“中央集中控制室”。谓之“中央”,它似企业心脏;言之“集中”,它如交通枢纽;论之“控制”,仿佛作战指挥部。正如此,“中央集中控制室”(以下简称集控室)职工群体,面对快捷的计算机图象显示,功能各异的表计瞬息变化,必须操作精心,判断正确,监调诸参数相互作用与稳定波动,能随时处理各种异常。这样的群体,应是志趣相投,心理相容,智能互补,目标整合,始终为企业安全、优质、高效、低耗连续生产不懈努力的群体。研究“集控室”职工群体的特征,方有达此目的把握。
Large state-owned technology-intensive enterprises usually have a central centralized control room to control continuous production. It is called the “central”, it is like the heart of the company; the word “concentrates”, it is like a transportation hub; and the “control” is like the combat headquarters. As such, the “centralized control room” (hereinafter referred to as the centralized control room) group of workers and staff faces a rapid computer image display. The functions of the various meters vary rapidly and must be handled carefully, the judgment is correct, and the interaction between the parameters is monitored. Stable fluctuations can handle various abnormalities at any time. Such groups should be like-minded, psychologically compatible, intelligently complementary, target-integrated, and always be a group that will work tirelessly for the sake of corporate safety, quality, efficiency, and low consumption. Studying the characteristics of the “controlling center” staff and workers, Fang Youda grasped this purpose.
