随着上海卫生系统信息化建设工作的逐步深入 ,及时开展市民“卫生信息”需求调查是十分必要的和迫切的。本文作者于 1 998年 7~ 1 1月 ,随机对三个区县 1 2个里委 1 80 0名市民 ,通过 44个卫生信息相关问题问卷调查 ,汇总有效问卷 1 6 5 2份。结果显示 :上海市民对“卫生信息”需求的内容广泛而普遍 ,其中对疾病预防和自我保健类信息更为热切 ;当前市民获取“卫生信息”的主要途径为各种传统媒介和医生、亲友的忠告 ,而应用现代化信息技术获取“卫生信息”的能力普遍较低。在此基础上 ,结合本调查所观察的信息环境 ,作者就“卫生信息”服务体系的现代建设提出几点设想与建议 ,供关心本市卫生信息化建设的人们共同来探讨。
With the gradual deepening of the informatization construction of the Shanghai health system, it is necessary and urgent to carry out the investigation of citizens’ “health information” needs in a timely manner. The author of this article was randomly selected from 1 to 12 members of the Liberal Party committees of the three districts and counties in July and January of 1998 to collect 16 valid questionnaires through 44 questionnaires related to health information. The results showed that the content of the “people’s health information” demand of Shanghai residents is extensive and common, among which the information on disease prevention and self-care is more eager; the main channels for citizens to obtain “health information” are various traditional media and doctors, relatives and friends. Advice, and the use of modern information technology to obtain “health information” is generally low. Based on this, combined with the information environment observed by the survey, the author puts forward some ideas and suggestions on the modern construction of the “health information” service system for people who are concerned about the construction of health information in this city.
