报道了低用量Cu(OTf)_2催化下腈与仲醇和部分伯醇的Ritter反应.研究表明,仅2 mol%Cu(OTf)_2即可高效催化反应进行,得到55~90%收率的一系列N-烷基酰胺产物.该方法还可以进一步拓展到芳胺与二级醇的脱水N-烷基化反应合成取代胺.
The Ritter reaction of nitrile with secondary alcohol and some primary alcohols catalyzed by Cu (OTf) 2 at low dosage is reported.The results show that only 2 mol% Cu (OTf) 2 can efficiently catalyze the reaction and yield 55-90% Series of N-alkylamide products, which can be further extended to dehydration N-alkylation of aromatic amines and secondary alcohols to synthesize substituted amines.
