Results and Analysis The average race speed in the first group was 5.65 m / s and the second group was 5.22 m / s (see Table 2). The average race time between the two groups a little more than 7 minutes (P <0.001), about 14 seconds per kilometer, the average speed difference of 0.43m / s. The second group is 7.4% slower than the first group. Group 1 average cycle speed (5.60 ± 0.27 m / s) was significantly (P <0.005) faster than group 2 average cycle speed (5.23 ± 0.16 m / s). There was a significant correlation between race speed and cycle speed (r = 0.89). There is no difference in the cycle rates between the two groups. The first group was 0.84 + 0.06 Hz and the second group was 0.82 ± 0.08 Hz. Group 1 and Group 2
