全国高校庆祝建国四十周年经济理论讨论会暨社会主义经济理论与实践研讨会第四次会议于1989年11月5日至9日在广州举行。会议的重要议题之一是:澄清近年来经济理论研究上的是与非,探讨治理整顿与改革开放中的重大理论和现实对策。现择三方面问题概述如下。一、改革中若干理论问题的探讨在所有制及计划与市场相互关系等基本理论问题的讨论中,大家在反对主张私有化、完全市场化等重大理论原则问题上取得共识的基础上,就以下问题各抒己见。 1.产权明晰化辨析
