原发性肺癌常发生胸膜、肝、脑及骨骼转移,发生眼球内转移极为罕见,文献报道其发生率为0·046%[1],而发生于右眼者更为罕见。笔者遇到一例,现复习有关文献报道如下。男,65岁,右眼视力急剧下降,伴右眼疼痛、头痛3月入院。3月前曾在外院做过右上肺癌切除术,病理结果为肺腺癌。查
