一引言振动时效这项新工艺到五十年代初已被认为是对大锻件、大铸件、大焊件的一种特殊有效的处理方法。迄今,国外许多国家已广泛应用于生产实践,配套设备齐全,品种繁多,如法国、英国、美国、日本等国家的振动设备都已系列化,其中美国马丁工程公司的产品最为闻名,该公司生产的振动设备有C-375、CB-399、LT-100以及LT-100R。例如C-375振动设备的重量和外廓尺寸如下: 配电箱:508×558×117(mm) 36kg 操纵台:609×609×558(mm) 25kg 振动器:330×330×300(mm) 23kg 我国研究和应用这项新技术是七十年代后才开始的,我厂从1975年起对厂内生产的焊接结构件普遍采用了振动时效,例如飞机铆接型架、“180”型柴油机底座,汽车焊接底架,直升飞机油箱等等,还先后为外单位的大型构件进行振动时效。上海吴泾化工厂三十万吨合成氨设备中
