目的 探讨凋亡相关基因bcl 2 ,c myc ,p5 3与食管鳞癌放疗敏感性的关系。 方法 采用免疫组化LSAB方法检测食管癌活检组织中bcl 2 ,c myc,p5 3基因表达水平。病人接受放射治疗 ,观察疗效 ,分析基因表达与放射敏感性的关系。结果 bcl 2蛋白表达阳性者放射敏感性明显低于表达阴性者 ,p5 3蛋白表达阳性者略差于阴性者 ;c myc基因表达与放射敏感性无关。 结论 bcl 2 ,c myc,p5 3等凋亡相关基因表达产物的检测及综合分析有助于食管鳞癌放疗疗效的预测。
Objective To investigate the relationship between apoptosis-related genes bcl 2, c myc, p53 and the sensitivity of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma radiotherapy. Methods The expression of bcl 2, c myc, p53 gene in esophageal cancer biopsy was detected by immunohistochemistry. The patient received radiation therapy, observed the efficacy, and analyzed the relationship between gene expression and radiosensitivity. Results The radiosensitivity of the patients with positive bcl 2 protein expression was significantly lower than those with negative expression. The positive expression of p53 protein was slightly worse than that of negative. The expression of c myc gene was not related to radiosensitivity. Conclusion The detection and comprehensive analysis of bcl 2 ,c myc,p53 and other apoptosis-related gene expression products are helpful for the prediction of radiotherapy efficacy of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
