为研究奥氏体不锈钢喷丸直管在后继弯管加工过程中喷丸硬化层的微观组织结构和性能变化规律,对不同类型拉伸、弯曲形变试验后的内壁喷丸奥氏体不锈钢管样进行体镜、金相、电镜和硬度等分析。结果表明:弯曲和拉伸变形不改变喷丸层碎化晶层形态,对喷丸硬化层的硬度没有明显影响;内壁喷丸处理不会降低管材的弯曲、压扁和拉伸性能;管材的形变强化能力愈强,则喷丸层形变强化效果愈大;为了得到优良的内壁喷丸层,喷丸层累积循环变形量应显著大于最大均匀形变量。
In order to study the microstructure and properties of the shot peening layer during the subsequent bending process of the austenitic stainless steel shot peening straight pipe, the effects of different types of tensile and flexural deformation tests on the inner wall shot peening austenitic stainless steel tube For physical examination, metallography, electron microscopy and hardness analysis. The results show that bending and tensile deformation do not change the morphology of shot peening layer and have no obvious effect on the hardness of shot peening layer. Shot peening does not reduce the bending, flattening and tensile properties of the pipe. The stronger the deformation strengthening ability is, the greater the effect of shot peening deformation strengthening is. In order to get good inner wall shot peening layer, the cumulative cyclic deformation of shot peening layer should be significantly larger than the maximum uniform deformation amount.
