用水力学模型试验研究了搅拌法脱硫过程中,脱硫剂在铁水中的混合现象。用特制的聚苯乙烯发泡粒子模拟脱硫剂,用水-甘油溶液模拟铁水。根据激光经粒子散射后光强随通过的粒子数而变化的关系,利用氦-氖激光器,光电接收器,电子自动电位差计系统,自动记录光强,以测定粒子混合浓度。在动力学相似和几何相似条件下,改变熔池直径D_o、装入深度H_o、搅拌杆直径d、偏心距a、插入深度h、转速N等参数,求得了相对混合浓度差(C_o-C)/C_o与修正的弗鲁德准数F_(r)′之间的关系式: (C_0-C)/C_0×100=exp{4.6-840[(F_r)′(2a+d)~2/D_0H_0]~2} 试验结果表明,1/6≥d/D_0≥1/12时,加大搅拌杆直径d,对粒子相对混合浓度C/C_0的影响不大;而h/H_0=1/5~1/3时,C/C_0值最大,若搅拌杆插入深度超过上述范围时,C/C_0值反而减小;偏心距的最佳比值为2a/D_0=1/3~1/2;熔池的最佳装入深度H_0/D_0=1/2~4/5;修正的弗鲁德准数超过一定值时,则飞溅严重。这些试验结果与热模试验结果基本相符,并可为放大设计提供参考。
The hydromechanical model test was used to study the mixing of desulfurizing agent in hot metal during the desulfurization by stirring method. Using special polystyrene foam particles simulate desulfurization agent, water - glycerol solution simulation hot metal. According to the relationship between the intensity of light and the number of particles passing through the particle after scattering, the concentration of the particles was automatically recorded by using a He-Ne laser, photoelectric receiver and electronic automatic potentiometer system. Under the conditions of similar dynamics and geometrical similarity, the relative mixed concentration difference (C_o-C) was obtained by changing parameters such as the diameter of molten pool D_o, the depth of loading H_o, the diameter of stirring rod d, the eccentricity a, the insertion depth h and the rotation speed N, (C_0-C) / C_0 × 100 = exp {4.6-840 [(F_r) ’(2a + d) ~ 2 / D_0H_0 / C_o and the modified Froude’s quasi-number F_ ] ~ 2} The experimental results show that when the diameter of stirring bar d is increased, the relative concentration of particles C / C_0 is not large when 1 / 6≥d / D_0≥1 / 12; 1/3, C / C_0 maximum value, if the stirring rod insertion depth exceeds the above range, the C / C_0 value decreases; the best eccentricity ratio 2a / D_0 = 1/3 ~ 1/2; The best loading depth H_0 / D_0 = 1/2 ~ 4/5; When the corrected Froude quasi number exceeds a certain value, the spatter is serious. These test results are basically consistent with the results of the thermal model test, and provide a reference for enlarging the design.
