中国第一部以大学生“村官”为题材的电视剧《花开的美丽季节》将人们的目光聚到了微山湖畔。微山县是故事的发生地,也是电视剧的拍摄地。这里真实地上演着一个个大学生“村官”的动人故事。2004年以来,微山县先后选聘了4批共316名高校毕业生到村任职,目前仍在村工作的有279名。该县始终将大学生“村官”作为后备干部来培养、优秀人才来服务、新农村建设的骨干力量来配置,着力在管理、培养、使用等环节上创新机制、搭建平台,促进他们在新农村建设一线履行职责、发挥作用、建功立业。在这里,从大学生“村官”中诞生了济宁市第一位村党组织书记、全省率先公推直选出村党组织第一书记。目前,全县有8名大学生“村官”担任村党组织第一书记,2名担任村党组织书记,9名担任村(社区)党组织副书记,2名担任社区居委会副主任,35名担任社区居委会委员。在新农村建设中,微山的大学生“村官”正在谱写着一曲创业富民的青春乐章。
