探讨妊高征患者的血硒水平与血管内皮细胞损伤的关系。对30例妊高征患者和30例正常妊娠妇女的全血硒、全血谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH—Px)活性、血浆脂质过氧化物(LPO)和外周血循环内皮细胞(CEC)计数,进行了观察、比较以及相关性分析。结果:妊高征组的全血硒和GSH—Px活性明显低于正常妊娠组;LPO和CEC计数显著高于正常妊娠组。全血硒水平与CEC计数、LPO呈负相关。提示妊高征患者体内的硒水平低于正常妊娠者;体内的血硒水平与血管内皮细胞损伤有关。
To investigate the relationship between blood selenium level and vascular endothelial cell injury in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension. The serum levels of selenium, glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), plasma lipid peroxidase (LPO) and circulating endothelial cells (PBMCs) in 30 PIH patients and 30 normal pregnant women CEC) count, were observed, compared and correlation analysis. Results: The levels of selenium and GSH-Px in whole blood of PIH group were significantly lower than those of normal pregnancy group. The counts of LPO and CEC were significantly higher than those of normal pregnancy group. Selenium levels in the blood were negatively correlated with CEC counts and LPO. Tip PIH patients selenium levels lower than normal pregnancy; selenium levels in vivo and vascular endothelial cell injury.
