入世后,随着国门的进一步打开,传统 教育必将受到巨大的冲击,创新教育日益 迫切的被摆到议程上。在创新教育中,人们 往往把更多的精力放在了课堂教育、活动 课的设计、教学模式的改革等之中,而冷落 了情感教育,没有把情感教育作为实现理 想教育的目标,因而未能使创新教育真正 起到陶冶学生情操、塑造学生品格、培养学 生良好心理素质的作用。 作为学校教育,不仅要重视文化教育, 更要重视情感教育,让受教育者首先懂得 做人的基本道理。要做到这点,关键在于如 何有效的把社会道德准则和行为规范内化 为学生自身的心理需求和价值观念,而这 种内化的关键在于培养学生健康良好的情 感。
