目前席卷全球的经济危机已经影响到了青岛经济的发展,但相比而言,其受影响程度不及中国国内的一线城市。据仲量联行发布的三季度报告显示,尽管部分外国投资和保险公司已决定推迟进入青岛市场的计划,但青岛整体房地产市场未受巨大影响。三季度,青岛甲级写字楼没有新增供应投入市场,与此同时,租户数量并未出现显著的变化,租金水平也未出现急剧的波动。三季度,受奥运会的影响,豪华住宅的销量与上一季度相比更为活跃。
The current global economic crisis has affected the economic development of Qingdao, but in comparison, it is less affected than the first-tier cities in China. According to Jones Lang LaSalle released third quarter report shows that although some foreign investment and insurance companies have decided to postpone the plan to enter the market in Qingdao, but the overall real estate market in Qingdao has not been tremendous impact. In the third quarter, no additional Grade A office space was put on the market in Qingdao, meanwhile, there was no significant change in the number of tenants and the rent level did not fluctuate sharply. In the third quarter, due to the Olympic Games, luxury residential sales were more active than the previous quarter.
