本文试验制备了三种不同配合比的混凝土试样,通过硫酸盐干湿循环耦合作用加速硫酸盐侵蚀速率,测试各个试件不同循环次数后试件的抗压强度和质量的变化规律,进而分析硫酸盐干湿循环复合作用下的腐蚀机理。研究表明混凝土中加入掺合料不仅可以改善混凝土的抗硫酸盐侵蚀能力,而且掺和量在一定范围内时,混凝土结构抗硫酸盐侵蚀的能力会随着掺量的增大而提高;不同配合比的试件随着干湿循环次数的增加,质量增长的都比较平缓,变化比较小。
In this paper, three kinds of concrete specimens with different mixing ratios were prepared. The sulfate erosion rate was accelerated by the coupling effect of sulfate wetting and drying cycles. The variation of compressive strength and quality of the specimens after different cycles were tested. Corrosion Mechanism of Combined Sulfate and Wet Cycle. The research shows that adding admixture into concrete can not only improve the sulfate resistance of concrete, but also increase the resistance of concrete structure to sulfate attack when the blending amount is in a certain range. With the increase of the number of wet and dry cycles, the mass growth of the specimens is relatively gentle, the change is relatively small.
