SMA相对于普通路面结构而言,对施工者的管理素质提出了更高的要求,从配合比的设计到施工生产的过程控制,每一环节、每一工序都必须严格控制把关,容不得丝毫的马虎大意,一个小小的失误也许就会使SMA路面结构发生质的变化,从而无法取得满意的使用效果。因此,在学习和推广SMA施工新技术的同时,必须注意汲取一些高素质、高水平的施工管理办法,才能提高自身队伍的整体素质和管理水平,这与学习新技术的意义同样重大。
