以射频消融对５例房室旁路和３例房室结双径路（ＡＶＮＤＰ）并快速型室上性心律失常的患者分别进行房室旁路消融和房室结改良，均获成功，无严重并发症发生。随访１０．５±４．８个月，１例显性预激综合征复发。
