现阶段我国经济中主要有如下一些结构性矛盾: 一是三次产业之间的矛盾。产业结构中的第二产业比重过高;就业结构中第一产业的比重过高。 二是城乡之间的矛盾。城市化进程滞后于工业化进程。“离土不离乡”的乡镇企业未能充分利用城市的聚集效应。城市类型、功能等方面的结构不合理。 三是地区之间的矛盾。沿海和中西部地区发展差距持续扩大。行业和区域间存在着产品与生产要素市场分割现象。 四是产品和生产能力结构的矛盾。低
At this stage, there are mainly some structural contradictions in our economy as follows: First, the contradictions among the three industries. The proportion of the secondary industry in the industrial structure is too high; the proportion of the primary industry in the employment structure is too high. Second, the contradiction between urban and rural areas. The process of urbanization lags behind the process of industrialization. Township and village enterprises that “do not leave their hometown” failed to make full use of the urban agglomeration effect. The structure of city type, function and so on is unreasonable. Third, the contradictions between the regions. The development gap between coastal areas and the central and western regions continued to widen. There is a market segmentation of products and factors of production between industries and regions. Fourth, the contradiction between the structure of products and production capacity. low
