采用水力学模型试验的方法,通过改变不同水力条件来量测消力塘不同水流结构区掺气浓度值,对试验数据进行对比分析得到不同水流结构区掺气浓度分布规律。试验结果表明:改变不同水力条件中的任一条件,淹没射流区掺气浓度均沿程减小。随着入塘能量的增加,淹没射流区、冲击区、附壁射流区掺气浓度随之增大。随着水垫深度的增加,淹没射流区、冲击区、附壁射流区掺气浓度随之减小。随着泄槽入射角度的增加,淹没射流区和冲击区掺气浓度减小,附壁射流区掺气浓度变化不大。
Using the method of hydraulic model test, the aeration concentration of different water flow structure zones in the digester was measured by changing the different hydraulic conditions. The experimental data were compared to get the distribution of aeration concentration in different water flow structure zones. The experimental results show that the aeration concentration in the submerged jet decreases with the change of any one of the different hydraulic conditions. With the increase of energy into the pond, the aeration concentration in the impinging jet zone, impingement zone and the attached wall jet zone increases. With the increase of the depth of the water cushion, the aeration concentration in the submerged jet zone, impingement zone and the attached wall jet zone decreases. With the increase of incident angle, the aeration concentration in submerged jet and impingement area decreases, and the aeration concentration in the attached wall jet does not change much.
